Product introduction
Conductive metal nanoink for inkjet printing
For waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and preventing migration of circuit boards and electronic components
Nanoink
Conductive ink that realizes fine line printing on a wide range of substrates
1
No need for high temperature sintering
Our original nano ink exhibits the same conductive characteristics as conventional nano ink with the minimum required drying.
DryCure Au-J achieves a resistivity of 50 μΩcm and DryCure Ag-J achieves a resistivity of 40 μΩcm under drying conditions of 120 ° C for one hour.
Organic thin film transistor printed at room temperature (joint research with Dr. Takeo Sansei, NIMS)
2
Maintaining a stable ink state
Our nanoinks, which consist of ultra-high purity metal nanoparticles, do not precipitate even when stored at room temperature.
Au ink can be stored stably even in the atmosphere, but Ag ink can be stored stably in anoxic conditions.
Since Ag ink slowly deteriorates when exposed to air, we use aluminum laminated containers to prevent oxygen from entering when shipping nano ink.
3
Reduced risk of cracking
Ultra-high purity metal nano ink enables printing and formation of a dense metal film without cracks. If the ink application and drying process is appropriate, cracks will not occur after sintering.
Moisture-proof coating agent
For waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and migration prevention of circuit boards and electronic components
OniCoat is a fluorine-based insulating protective coating agent.
Please try it for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and migration prevention of circuit boards and electronic parts.
